Six blacks captured and placed under arrest at Dr MacKays

On the morning of Friday, the 4th of December 1840, six blacks, who were captured by the police under the orders of Dr. Mackay, were brought to the head station.

They were detained in custody, with the exception of Tommy, who was discharged.
